Therapy for Residents of West Hartford, CT

Welcome

“Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass. It’s about learning to dance in the rain.” – Vivian Greene

No one gets through life unscathed. I know from working as a therapist for 30 years and from my own personal experience that being human can be both painful and challenging.

I look forward to having the opportunity to bring healing and a new perspective to the lives of residents of West Hartford, CT. While we cannot change the difficult circumstances of your past, we can develop meaningful ways to navigate your present circumstances and approach your future so that you can find greater happiness, fulfillment, and hope.

I provide Depression Treatment, Anxiety Treatment, Grief Counseling, Marriage & Couples Counseling, Hypnotherapy, Spiritual Therapy, and Therapy for Therapists. I am invested in helping you improve your relationships with your peers, your loved ones, and yourself. If you continue to find yourself in cycles of strain or conflict, or if you are simply looking for a new direction in your life, I will work with you to understand and create your goals—and together, we can work toward achieving them.
