Directions
From the West
Head east on US-44 toward Avon, passing At The Rooftop in Canton along the way.
Continue on Route 44 as it crosses into Avon and follow the road toward the Avon Meadow Lane area, passing Avon Old Farms Hotel on your approach.
Turn onto Avon Meadow Lane and continue into the office complex area.
Turn into 40 Avon Meadow Lane and proceed to the building entrance. The office is located on the second floor in Suite 202.
From the East
Head west on US-44 toward Avon, following Albany Avenue as it transitions into Avon Mountain Road.
Continue over Avon Mountain and follow Route 44 into Avon, passing The North House as you approach the center of town.
Continue along East Main Street and follow signs toward the Avon Meadow Lane area.
Turn onto Avon Meadow Lane and continue to 40 Avon Meadow Lane.
The therapy office is located at 40 Avon Meadow Lane.
From the North
Head south on Hopmeadow Street (US-202/CT-10) toward Avon.
Continue along Hopmeadow Street, passing Abigail’s Grille and Wine Bar and Mitchell Volkswagen as you travel toward the Avon town line.
Continue into Avon and follow the road toward the Avon Meadow Lane area.
Turn onto Avon Meadow Lane and continue to 40 Avon Meadow Lane.
The therapy office is located at 40 Avon Meadow Lane, Second Floor, Suite 202, Avon, CT 06001.
