Therapy for Residents of Canton, CT

Welcome

“Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass. It’s about learning to dance in the rain.” – Vivian Greene

Life can be both painful and challenging, and none of us gets through it without experiencing difficult circumstances along the way. Through 30 years of working as a therapist, as well as my own personal experience, I have seen how unresolved pain, loss, worry, and relationship struggles can continue to affect the present.

For residents of Canton, CT, I offer Depression Treatment, Anxiety Treatment, Grief Counseling, Marriage & Couples Counseling, Hypnotherapy, Spiritual Therapy, and Therapy for Therapists. While we cannot change what has already happened, we can find meaningful ways to understand your experiences, navigate your current circumstances, and move toward the future with greater hope and clarity.

I am invested in helping you improve your relationships with your loved ones, your peers, and yourself. If you are feeling caught in familiar patterns of strain or conflict, or simply want a new direction in your life, we can work together to define your goals and create meaningful change.
